According to information and guidance available from the W.H.O and medical experts, the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 by touching cardboard or other shipping containers is low. Our products are produced and packaged under stringent quality control and safety procedures, with standard comprehensive hygiene and cleaning protocols in place across our manufacturing and distribution channels. Our websites remain open and we remain committed to health, safety, and support for our communities, online and off, as we navigate through this unprecedented time together.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Kado online orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 – 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 3PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.

PLEASE NOTE:

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

SHIPMENTS TO FORWARDING COMPANIES

Kado is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Kado is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.

OTHER LOCATIONS

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Overnight and Second Day Service is not available for orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii. *We regret we are unable to ship to Palau.
